The company will provide Foreign Exchange payment collections and remittance services.

Using sophisticated IT (developed inhouse) Pi Insights Ltd provides innovative and bespoke payment solutions to its clients. Using sophisticated IT and a range of banking partners, we design each payment and remittance solution for the client from the ground up, ensuring that each client receives the best possible solution including an online Portal giving the client instant access to their information.
As an MSO working only in the B2B space, we have built our business on mutual TRUST and maintain close contact with our clients on a corporate and personal level.

Operations
Operationally, all of our clients sign a service level agreement where both parties agree on the services to be provided. The company shall collect payments from various sources mentioned above via authorised payment service providers and settle operational expenses from funds on deposit where required. Our clients provide confirmations to perform all due diligence and KYC on their payment providers.
All clients funds are held in the Client Collection Account at the company’s bank, however all clients have segregated accounts in the company’s records and receive up to date statements with every movement in the clients account. These statements are available online to the client through the company’s online Client Portal (Vault), a secure Portal only available to registered clients.
In exchange for its services, the company charges a flat administration fee on all funds received on behalf of the client. The fees cover all administration, reporting and disbursement costs.
Pi Insights Compliance Framework
We provide advice to our clients on how to ensure they abide to various governmental and institutional regulation. PiInsights will compile all compliance related to the transaction on or on behalf of the client.

PiInsights provides information to Customs and Excise Hong Kong regarding legislation to combat money laundering and terrorist activity financing
